Partial Private Circuits • Product Developments (Target Launch Dates) • FOCR Improvement Action Plan collated, and underway. • May 2006 – “A” end and Bulk Shifts. Notification 01/03/06 • May 2006 - Commercial offer on PPC Re-designation • June 2006 – PPC ISH Dual Fibre/Single Fibre Conversion • Q2 2006 – Report will be based on Strategic Automated System, an improvement to current manual processes. • NB Formal announcements will be made via the normal channels, with full briefings as appropriate.

Partial Private Circuits • QoS Performance – Q3 • Q3 Aggregated Report published on website • Q3 CP reports distributed • Retail Comparison available on CDD, CRD and Repair • PPC/Retail Comparison Q3 • CDD Retail 94.15% PPC 91.69% (91.13%) • Repair Retail 78.87% PPC 87.56% (85.71%) • Circuit level retail comparison is now scheduled to be available from Q4 against Q3 delivery on key provision and repair stats.
Partial Private Circuits • QoS Performance - Reporting Update • Highlights • Circuit CDD performance improved to 91.69%. • 78.18 % of eligible supply requested as RRP. • Stop the Clock duration now excluded from provision interval calculations in Tables 3,4,7 & 8. BT is now measuring the true delivery times. • 5 hour repair performance has improved to 87.56%. • Use of eCo fault diagnosis tools has increased among some Communication Providers (CPs), which has enabled CPs to identify faults within their networks independent of BT repair centers. This allows CPs to respond more quickly to their clients. • Lowlights • The percentage exceeding FOCR targets has stopped rising. The performance was 36.75%. • BT will present an action plan to improve the FOCR performance at the next industry forum in March.
