The Career Framework for HealthSkills for Health Launched in October 2006 UK wide development providing a common language and currency for career planning A 9 level framework designed to support workforce development and career planning Roles are grouped according to their level of complexity and responsibility and the level of experience and knowledge needed to carry out the job NB levels not bands this is not agenda for change Consistent use of titles provide greater clarity
