VrTooläLincom, Houston, TX • Accomplishments • Prototype tested for more than a year by NSF funded group who are • studying efficacy of using VR to educate students in Physics. • VrTool ä final product available for licensing, with plans to extend • the it’s capabilities into the area os shared VR and virtual interactions • VrTool ä has a Motif user interface, a graphical point and click • like Macintosh Windows. Motif runs on Unix Workstation which • allows users to easily build virtual world environments. • Commercialization • Potential for the product is excellent considering the expanding interest in VR to stimulate real worlds. • LinCom Corporation has been purchased by the Titan Corporation (NYSE:TTN).
