Partnerships for Innovation (PFI) • Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) / Concrete Industry Management –Expand to Arizona State University, California State University–Chico, and New Jersey Institute of Technology. Develop on-line courses, establish a “state-of-the art” laboratory, leverage NSF funding with concrete industry patrons* to produce qualified graduates for the very large construction industry. *Concrete Industry leaders are pledging $1M annually for the next 4-5 years for each of the partner universities.
