Development Issues 3175 Columbia Valley Hwy. • Secured an off-site location removed from the Lake for waste water disposal; • Increased on site parking to + 42 spaces; • Secured off-site parking solutions for recreation vehicles/trailers; • Enter into a Specified Area Agreement for servicing with FVRD (i.e. sewer & water); • Completed outstanding Hydrological, Geotechnical and Environmental work;
Development issues – 3175 Columbia Valley Hwy. • Currently completing level two site study on the soils ; • Hwy’s department have confirmed access subject to land use approvals; • Moorage opportunities for the RCMP vessels on site; • Work toward leed approved ( green) development of the site ( low flow fixtures etc)
The Issues • Would like to proceed with introduction of New OCP and Rezoning Bylaws which recognizes the “One of a Kind” issues with the site and its location. • Would like to move simultaneously with the Rezoning application and OCP amendments and engage the Cultus “Communities” in a new Public Information meeting and Public Hearing
