Who are we? • HRSA/HAB-funded cooperative agreement with the Fenway Institute, in collaboration with AIDS United and AIDS Resource Center Wisconsin (ARCW) • Works with ASOs/CBOs to help them navigate the changing health care landscape • Two focus areas: • Improving organizational sustainability and effectiveness • Improving treatment outcomes along the HIV care continuum (the treatment cascade)

2014 ASO/CBO Needs Assessment • 129 unique responses • 32 States + DC represented • 37% based in states that have not yet expanded Medicaid • 43% ASOs, 21% CBOs, 21% FQHCs • Wide range of budgets • 1/3 < 1 million, 1/3 between 1-5 million, 1/3 > 5 million • Wide range of services provided • Case management, testing and prevention, and treatment adherence counseling were among the top reported services provided • 58% reported having worked toward providing their own health care services
