Allows you to draw around the object you want to capture captures the whole screen builds a frame around the area that you want to capture. captures the inside of the screen SCREEN CAPTURE TOOLS The SCREEN CAPTURE menu can be found under the VIEW heading on the tool bar. It can also been seen in the FLOATING TOOLS menu. When an object is captured it goes directly into the SMARTBoard Notebook. Screen Capture ICON
Notebook Video Player Keyboard Floating Tools Allows you to customize the tools Control Panel HELP MORE TOOLS SMARTBoard TOOLS ICON found on Desktop. FLOATING TOOLS can be found in the SMARTBoard start center.
Sound Pen Full Screen Erase Cursor Pause Screen Capture Stop VIDEO PLAYER Open the VIDEO PLAYER on the TOOL BAR then open the video you want to watch. Pause the video and write a response. CAPTURE the response to the Notebook and continue watching the video.
ATTACHMENTS TAB Use attachments to store links to a website, document, any other file type. Go to INSERT on the tool bar and scroll down to LINK Attachments Tab Select where you are getting your link from or type in the URL
Microsoft Word ~ Print to SMARTBoard Notebook Notebook Print Capture If you have a Word Document (i.e. Worksheet) that you want to use on the SMARTBoard. You can send that document to the SMART Notebook through the PRINT command. (This feature can be used with EXCEL too.)
While in the SMART NOTEBOOK you can IMPORT an existing POWER POINT into the NOTEBOOK. Each POWER POINT SLIDE will become a NOTEBOOK PAGE. This feature can be done in reverse as well. If you have a NOTEBOOK file that you would like to convert to POWER POINT, you can do this by selecting EXPORT, and saving the file as a POWER POINT.
