Meetings • Met with Concept Group leaders on January 21 and scheduled additional meetings through April. • Concept Group leaders will be working with their groups to finalize a “punch list” of items resolved and yet to be finalized. • Goal: Match outstanding items with remaining meetings and develop agendas to reach resolution on the issues and define design elements by March 31.

  4. Cost Benefit Study • TNT approved the Cost Benefit Study RFP on January 7. • RFP was issued on January 8 • Nine proposals were received on or before January 27 • “Short list” of four vendors developed for interviews on February 9 & 10 • Selection Committee recommendations will be presented during Executive Session later today.

  11. Day-Ahead Market • During the PUCT Open Meeting on January 29, the Commissioners decided not to propose Day-Ahead rule language at this time, hoping a proposal under development might lead to stakeholder consensus. They requesteda progress update at every Open Meeting and resolution on a comprehensive market design is expected by March 31. • Presentation of “Enhanced Hybrid Day-Ahead Model” heard in February 4 TNT General Session and February 6 Market Operations Concept Group Meeting.

  12. Upcoming TNT Votes • We anticipate Congestion Management CG returning to ratify the Concept Group’s “Load Zone Concept Document” and their “CMCG Concept Document (excluding Load Zones)” • Market Operations CG Issues on February 18
