Menus Links to updates and information from DataDirector View state and national standards Access, edit, and create classroom assessments Access district students with filters, create custom reports. Create cohorts in order to efficiently track progress. Access pre built MEAP, MME, and DIBELS reports

  5. Student Profile Report Enter the student’s information and click “Go”.

  8. Activity • Access your DataDirector account. • Access the Student Profile Report for one of your students. • What information is there that is useful? • What additional information would you like to see?

  9. Creating Programs • Create the Program • Identify the Students for the Program. • Can be done in the Students Section or Program Section • Attach the students to the Program. • Add teachers to the Program (if necessary). • Share the Program (if necessary).

Using Programs • If you’d like to view assessment results for students in a program: • Make sure the assessment is shared with you! • Access an Assessment Report • Modify the Report • Choose “From Program” in Roster Options. • Select the Program, Report Type, and Assessment. • Choose “By Rostering” under Display.

  11. Activity • Access your DataDirector account. • Create a Program. • Add students to your program. • View assessment results for students in your Program. • Make sure the assessment is shared with you!

  13. Activity • Access your DataDirector account. • Create a Custom Report with: • Demographic Data (Behavior Incidents, etc.) • Academic Data (MEAP, NWEA , etc.)
