  1. Thesis Exercise 1 • It has been said that Galileo (1564-1642) was more dangerous than Martin Luther (1483-1546) to the Catholic Church. Do you agree with this statement? Were the Scientists of the Age of Science more dangerous to the Church than the reformers of the Reformation? Why or why not?
