  8. A claim for damaged goods received must be filed by Consignee with the carrier upon recipt by noting damages in writing on the freight bill. Claims for shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the receipt of goods. Merchandise returned will require a “Return Authorization” and may be subject to 20% restocking fee.
