Filter Enhancements • Faster drain time • 1.25” or 32 mm diameter drain valve • 3” or 76 mm drain manifold • eliminated right angles in drain tubing • Faster refill time • increased return pump flow rate • Much Faster Recovery time • Fast drain and refill times mean less heat loss while filtering • Solstice burner efficiency re-heats oil quickly

  5. Drain the Oil • Pull blue drain valve handle forward to drain the oil from fry tank into the filter pan

  6. Polish the Oil • Pull red handle to engage filter pump assembly. Oil will continuously circulate through filter media. • Push blue handle up to close drain valve. Oil will continue to return to the tank. • After all oil is returned to the tank, push red handle in to disengage the filter pump. Close door.
