  3. Target Users • Victorian primary producers and their families • Rural communities and associated industries • Rural Networks • Local Government • Human Service/Health/Welfare Organisations • Legal Profession • Educational Institutions in rural Victoria

Why is a website about the law needed by rural Victorians? • An increasing number and complexity of laws • Limited access to practical, plain language legal information which impacts on their business and personal lives - compared to metropolitan counterparts. • Limited access to immediate and independent legal information resources responsive to change and emerging issues
