Things to Keep in Mind in Your Express Entry Canada Application If you receive an ITA (Invitation to Apply) for Canadian Permanent Residence, you have to submit an official application for the same. This application should be rock solid with all the important documents in place as it could be critically important to the success of your application. Canadian Experience Class candidates as well as candidates with a job offer in Canada are exempt from these requirements. 2. A valid job offer A big misconception by many candidates in Canada who are working on LMIA-exempt job offers such as IEC Working Holiday Visas is that the ‘job offer’ they have currently in hand is the same as what IRCC considers in their ‘valid job offer’. An eligible job offer that is considered valid by IRCC must be a job offer that is - -Full time and non-seasonal -The offer for at least a minimum of one year -A job offer at skill level 0, A, and B according to the NOC system -Support by a positive LMIA or exempt from needing one Your job offer should clearly outline your position, duties, salary, and conditions of employment.
