  3. Trainee Tracking and Reporting State and Company defined data is tracked and reported on per trainee and per course basis

  4. Course Details Training events recorded, audited, invoiced and reported from system

  5. Exception Management Data exceptions are identified by system and course credit is “pended” until the exception has been resolved

  6. State Invoicing • State invoicing is created by system and uploaded to the State, as applicable • Funds can be attributed to specific departments or divisions (Company choice) • Trainee detail is available by invoice
