Our Approach • Identify “quality” in 4 program areas: • Audits • Installation • Inspection/Monitoring • Management • Determine strategies for achieving that quality
Quality Program Management: Final Inspection is not the right place to try and achieve quality results for the Weatherization Assistance Program.
Strategies • Data Collection and Access • Consistent Program Monitoring Aligned with Up-to-date Field Standards Bases on SWS • Formal Assessment Process of Grantees and Subgrantees, Corrective Actions, and Removal • Properly Equipped Field Staff • Establish Competency Levels for Job Categories
