Carousel Exercise • Assign a group recorder • TASK: Identify essential elements of each discipline that leaders must consider when initiating change • Approximately 4 minutes per discipline
Shared Vision Questions to consider: • How does this video clip fit with the identified elements of shared vision in the carousel activity? • What has to happen to attain a shared vision? • What role does a leader play in this process?
Team Learning Questions to consider: • What steps did the team use to achieve their goal? • What components have to be in place for team learning to occur? • What role does a leader play in this process?
Implementation of the Core Disciplines Question to Consider: • In what ways does the discipline contribute to the success of the organization?
