  1. GETTING TO KNOW THE YUBIS SYSTEM

  2. ENTERING THE SYSTEM After you enter ogrenci.yasar.edu.tr and click giriş, you should enter your student number and password in the window that appears.

  3. FORGOT MY PASSWORD If you forgot your password, click şifremiunuttum and a link will arrive at your student mail address. You may click on this link and set your new password. If you continue having problems, you may send an email to yubis@yasar.edu.tr from your student address and ask for a new password.

  4. MENUS After you log in with your password you can see the menus on the left

  5. DEPARTMENT COURSES When you click on General Info, you can see the mandatory and elective courses you will take throughout the 8 school terms.

  6. SUPERVISOR INFORMATION esra.dalan@yasar.edu.tr Under My Information, you may click on Supervisor Information and reach the necessary information about your supervisor.

  7. CHANGING PASSWORD When you click on Password Modification under the menu My Information, you may chance your password to a more memorable one.

  8. TRANSCRIPT Under my Information if you click on Transcript, you wll be able to see all the courses you have taken and t he grades you have received so far. At the end of each term, before the transcript, student satisfaction and ECTS surveys would appear as a new window. These surveys should be filled with care, because they will only appear once.

  9. REGISTRATION RENEWAL Under the enrollment menu, the registration renewal menu is only active at the beginning of the terms. Information about this is present on the entry page

  10. COURSE PROGRAM Under Derslerim menu, when you click on dersprogramı, you will be able to see your course schedule once your supervisor approves your registration. You may also print out your program in excel or pdf format.

  11. CALCULATING GRADES When you click on not hesaplama under Derslerim menu, you may do the simulation of what your grade would be if you have received a certain point, or cases like adding a new course.
