University of Memphis Archaeological Discovery in Egypt • Most significant find in recent history • The chamber appears to date to the 18th Dynasty (ca. 1539-1292 B.C.) • Contains seven wooden coffins and multiple pottery vessels. • Located just a few meters from the tomb of King Tutankhamen University of Memphis in collaboration with Egyptian Supreme Council of Antiquities has discovered a new chamber in the Valley of the Kings.
