  11. New developments since last steering committee meeting General • Disaster Preparedness & Response Unit and Trauma Secretariat will be amalgamated to establish a Directorate – “Director/Disaster & Emergencies” . Draft concept paper has been developed. 12

  12. New developments since last steering committee meeting Cheddikulum Hospital • Theatre: A landmark achievement so far in IDP Care. With the support of German Red Cross, AISPO, SL/COGO, FHB, Theatre is fully functional now LSCS, General surgeries • Drinking water is provided for the hospital through 20 outlets.

  13. New developments since last steering committee meeting Cheddikulum Hospital • Blood bank: MO/Blood bank assumed duties and blood bank is fully functional • PBU: Construction completed by AISPO and handed over to hospital. Transport ventilator was handed over by UNICEF. 14

  14. New developments since last steering committee meeting Manik Farm • Construction of Public Health Complex, Drug store and the kitchen at coordination centre have been completed and handed over by AISPO/ Italy. 15

  15. New developments since last steering committee meeting Construction of two primary health care centers in Zone 6 B & 8 is almost completed by IOM. Construction of a new primary health care center in Zone 0 completed with the support of Dialog Telecom 16

  16. New developments since last steering committee meeting • Indian Hospital is under development as Manik Farm hospital. Indian government is going to establish ‘ Artificial Limb Fitment Project’ by Jaipur Foot NGO • An interschool sports meet was held in Zone 4. 17
