AT6 Form cont. • Appeals • Schools have the ability to appeal the penalty • Follow up from our office in most cases • Reduction of penalty • School actions • Incident not as severe as deemed by our office (video evidence) • Remember, our office has the ability to review video at slow speeds to see the incident.
