DIGITAL CONSUMER JOURNEY. The digital consumer journey is the path followed by the awareness stage to experience stage. The various stages are given below. 1. Awareness. 2. Search. 3. Research. 4. Purchase. 5. Experience.
1.AWARENESS. In this stage create the need for product or service via online ads,mails,social media platforms. CASE STUDY Eg:- Sumayya saw an ad in facebook page about pressure cooker combo and liked it.
2.SEARCH. In this stage consumer search the product/service to fill th the need. Eg:- sumayya find out the product in an ecommerce platform.
3.RESEARCH. In this stage evaluate value offers from different brands via reviews and different social media platforms. Eg:- sumayya go through the YouTube video's and reviews.
4.PURCHASE. In this stage consumer makes the purchase. Eg:- sumayya ordered the product through online platform.
5.EXPERIANCE. In this stage use of product/service and share the experience through social medias, reviews etc. Eg :- sumayya reviewed the product.
