Main objective • Implementing a training programme for teacher-mentors working in secondary schools in two regions of development (Center - Sibiu and North - West - Cluj).
Specific objectives (1) • Conducting a research study into the competences needed by the mentor-trainers • Developing a curriculum for the mentor-trainers in accordance with the outcomes of the study. • Developing specific competences for the mentor-trainers.
Specific objectives (2) • Developing a curriculum for training the mentors. • Developing specific competences for the mentors. • Developing IT competences for the mentors.

The target group 400 teachers working in secondary schools (women and men working in the urban and rural areas, both experienced and novice).
The training • Within the programme specific training methods characteristic for adult learning will be used: lectures, debates, role-plays, critical thinking, methods of developing creativity. • Workshops. • Evaluation.
