  2. To my beautiful daughter, Gracie: I hope you enjoy going through this project I did when I was in college. I hope you find it of great help to you as you try to do your family history work. I have developed such a strong testimony of the importance of family history and temple work. It is very hard work but you need to have patience, faith, and trust in the Lord.   4. Mom’s Birth Certificate The State of Arkansas November 6, 1989 I was actually born as Erin Mallory Self. My father was Ronald Glenn Self. He passed away in 2005 and my step-father, Michael Calvin Rial adopted me in 2006. My last name changed to Rial and my birth certificate was changed.

  5. This is mine and your dad’s (step-dad’s) marriage certificate. We were married on July 30, 2011 in the Rexburg Idaho LDS Temple for time and all eternity.
