  3. Since March….. - considered and reviewed over 80 design issues with ReFormat, Caldera and other specialists - Looked at opportunities to reduce costs and simplify design - Looked at the detailed design requirements for the auditorium

Proposed scope of work for next phase (Phase 4A) • Part of Auditorium; • Lantern roof • Lantern windows • Side windows • Window and blind controls • Lighting in lantern • External cladding to • auditorium • Auditorium stays in use • for services • Ground Floor; • Kitchen and food store • Two store areas • Gents and Ladies toilet • Disabled toilet & wet room • Dining space: lighting • ceiling, acoustic partition • Underfloor heating • Drainage • Rainwater harvesting

  15. What next; • Gift day 15 October • Complete update of drawings and specification documents • When most of funding in place get tender from Caldera and check costs • Phase 4B – as soon as possible after phase 4A.
