  3. NRFC Mandate MC 392 Est 1995 • To strengthen the readiness of alliance reserves. • To provide a forum for informal & candid information exchange. • To provide policy advice on reserves to military committee. • To provide advice & support to CIOR. Slide 3

NRFC Member Nations MEMBERS: Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Spain, Slovakia, Turkey, United Kingdom and United States of America. PERMANENT OBSERVER: Australia.LIAISON OFFICERS: NATO IMS, ACO and ACT Slide 4

MWM FEB 09 Brussels • Minutes of SC 2008 (Istanbul) are approved • GBR offers to send delegations the evaluation report on their reservist review before SC 2009 • NRFC decides to use the ACT Transnet portal to host part of the NRFC content which is now found on the ACT wise server • NRFC will have its MWM 2010 in Brussels • NRFC decides to discuss follow on Chairmanship during SC 2009 (Sofia) • NRFC tasks SO´s to report the findings of the physical fitness working group during SC 2009 (Sofia) • Next NRFC meeting will be held in Sofia (SC 2009). NRFC will arrange hotel facilities in the Central Park hotel Slide 10
