  2. Our Story Janet Triola, owner and chief baker of Sweet Addictions Baked Goods, has been a sweets addict since she was a young girl. When Janet started this bakery, it was to fuel her creative side while she worked in IT. Since then, Sweet Addictions has grown from being a part-time side gig to her full-time career. As a self-taught baker, she passed along her love for all things sweet to her three daughters, one of whom graduated from culinary school and now helps her mom with Sweet Addictions’ delectable creations! Janet believes that each sweet treat needs to be homemade with the best ingredients and personalized with hand-decorated elements. She prides herself in making creations that look too good to eat; but, we all know you just can’t help but take a bite! Everyone who has tried something from Sweet Addictions knows that they not only do her creations look spectacular, but they taste incredible as well. This philosophy earned Janet first place at the 2020 Great Cookie Showdown with her decorated sugar cookies. Janet can bake cookies, brownies, cupcakes, and cakes for any occasion, from birthday parties, showers, and private parties to weddings and corporate events, and will soon be your go-to bakery for all of life’s sweet moments.
