  2. Notice Beforehand • Make sure there is no-load on motor’s shaft • Power on servo drive • Do not take off the encoder cable connectors when power is on. It is likely to make the encoder damaged.

  3. Installation general introduction • Set Pn000 as 0, power off and re-up electricity. • Make these parameters (Pn005.3-motor type,Pn840.0-encoder type,Pn002.2-change absolute encoder into incremental mode) with correct setting. • Press “Enter” to clear occurred alarm. • Set Fn010,Fn011 to clear error information of encoder. • Set Fn012 ,entering the interface and display ”PHASE” on servo’s screen. • Press “Mode” key, the motor automatically rotate (normal direction is Counter Clockwise), the number possible fluctuating after motor stop running, it’s a normal phenomenon. • Press “Up” key，and screen display “―――――”, wait two or more seconds, Press “Enter” key ，phase angle adjustment accomplished. • Re-up electricity, set Fn002 to JOG motor. • Please short the time of adjusting encoder angel as possibly as you could. Longer time may cause damage to the motor.

  4. Guidance on entering concealed parameters of Pronet series

  5. Enter into concealed parameter of Pronet series Please follow the following procedure to enter into concealed parameter of Pronet series: Enter into Fn007 1). Press MODE key and select assistant function mode. 2). Press INC key or DEC to select the function number for servo software version. 3). Press ENTER to display software version (D is displayed at the highest position)

  6. Enter into concealed parameter of EDB series Press keys in turn on the panel as ‘Inc, Dec, Dec, Inc, Enter’ to open concealed parameter.

  7. Adjust the phase angle of Pronet series 1. Enter Fn012. 2. Press “Mode”, then servo motor will enter into phase angle adjustment program, the number possible fluctuating after motor stop running, it’s a normal phenomenon. 3. After the servo motor rotation,press “Up” key，and screen display “―――――”, wait two or more seconds, 4.Press “Enter” key ，phase angle adjustment accomplished.
