Navy Manpower Update: January 11 AM

As of now, the rating is manned at 104%. Year Groups 1997-2006 have excess inventory due to EPA regulations & high retention rates. Inventory issues will be addressed through PTS. Sailors in overmanned groups can consider conversions. Advancement for E-4 to E-6 is below ALNAV. ASVAB requirements: VE+AR+MK+AS=120 or VE+AR+MK+MC=210. REGA applicants must pass Flight Deck Physical.

  1. JANUARY 11 AM Rating is currently manned overall at 104% . Year Groups 1997-2006 have excess inventory due to EPA reductions and higher than anticipated retention rates. Inventory overages will be reduced via PTS. Sailors in the Year Groups that are overmanned are encouraged to explore conversion options. Advancement opportunity for E-4 through E-6 is below ALNAV due to higher retention and less than anticipated attrition. ASVAB requirements: VE+AR+MK+AS=120 OR VE+AR+MK+MC=210 All applicants for REGA need to pass Flight Deck Physical.
