School Health Connection™ Healthy Kids, Healthy Schools Innovative, new program that gives educators the tools and services needed for success 10 elementary schools chosen through a competitive application process
School Health Connection™ The 10 schools receive the following over the course of the 2012-2013 school year: • $10,000 grant funding • Consultation with a physician from a nearby Allina Health primary care clinic • A family fitness fair for students, staff and families • Two professionally led in-service training sessions for teachers and staff • Access to Health Powered Kids™
