Employees and Wages • 7 on at a time, 19 on staff • 2 cooks @ $10 = $20/hr • 2 waitresses @ $8.50 = $25.50/hr • 2 dishwashers @ $6.25*= $12.50/hr • 1 hostess @ $7.75 = $7.75/hr • * = license to have sub-minimum wage workers
