  4. Lakeside School Shell House – Seattle Rain-Screen Siding • Synapse Construction provided Seattle siding services for the remodel/addition of the Lakeside School shell house. A small portion of the original corrugated metal siding was left on the building and patched and painted to match the new siding. The new Seattle siding installed was Ceraclad siding which is a rain screen system. We worked closely with the designer and general contractor in creating the right exterior texture for the building.

Queen Anne Seattle Apartment – Seattle Rainscreen, Siding and Windows Synapse Construction – Seattle siding provided siding, window installation and metal break shape window trim and waterproofing services for this 4 story Queen Anne Hill, multi-use building Synapse Construction – installed 110? new thermally improved anodized aluminum windows.The windows were then trimmed out with custom metal brake shapes. The siding installed on the south elevation is a rain-screen siding system by Cereclad.

Bellevue, WA – Siding Window and Door Replacement This Seattle siding and replacement window project in Bellevue was to restore the envelope of 3 buildings with 15 units from years of neglected maintenance and construction defects. We worked closely with the GC on identifying and repairing framing memeber, areas in need of mold remediation etc. This Seattle siding project used a mixture of James Hardie plank and Hardie panel siding with whitewood and cedar trim elements.
