  2. Our Charity • The charity we would like to support is called The Rainforest Concern. • The Rainforest Concern was first established in 1993 to protect threatened natural habitats.

  3. Mint choc chip cakes A perfect treat for all ages. A delicious cake with lovely chocolate chips. A Fluffy sponge with cool refreshing icing. Only 50p each!

  4. Ginger bread bears They are cute, crunchy, classic, ginger bread! We will make 50 and sell them at 50p

  5. Butterscotch Cookies will be liked by everyone, young and old. simple to make with not a lot of ingredients. We will make 50. They will cost 50p .

  6. Half chocolate coated Shortbread fingers Shortbread dipped in chocolate We will make 70, 50p each!

  7. Lemon Cupcakes None of the ingredients from the rainforest – Fair-trade. Not too difficult and not too simple. . You will like them for the rest of your life.

  8. How did we tackle this? Chose simple but not too hard recipes, working in pairs. Narrowed down to three recipes. Went into bigger groups – four. Surveys for homework. Found favoured recipes. Spreadsheet – total prices found. Split into five teams Put Presentation together – already seen half! We hope you enjoy the rest.

  11. What is Baking- A- Difference? Eagles have created a company called Baking- A- Difference which is a hard working baking team and the money they make will go to a charity called Rainforest Concern. Our logo

  13. Information about the charity Rainforest Concern was made in 1993 to protect threatened natural habitats, the biodiversity they contain and the indigenous people who depend on rainforest concern for survival . At present, the organisation has 18 conservation projects in 12 countries!

  14. What are the Baking-A-Difference selling? Baking-A-Difference are baking ... .Butterscotch cookies .Mint choc chip cakes .Ginger bread bears .Shortbread dipped in chocolate . Lemon cupcakes.
