Overview 2013 • February – Mayor requested external reviews of Home Confinement and Community Corrections • August 6 – BCC presentation – Matrix Phase I • July 31 – National Institute of Corrections (NIC) report issued • October 1 – Contracted with Dr. Gary Christensen for assessment, training and implementation of evidence-based practices • December 17 – BCC presentation by Richard Brady (Matrix Phase II) and Dr. Christensen (Correctional Partners, Inc.)
