Erasmus Mundus Erasmus Mundus is a cooperation and mobility programme in the field of higher education that aims to enhance the quality of European higher education and to promote dialogue and understanding between people and cultures through cooperation with Third-Countries.
Erasmus Mundus • Action 2: Erasmus Mundus Action 2 supports mobility of students, researchers and academic/administrative staff between European and Third Country’s higher education institutions.
HUMERIA • Erasmus Mundus Action 2 Strand 1 Project • Lot 5 (South Caucasus Region – Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus) • Duration: 4 years (from 15 July 2013to 14 July 2017) Objectives of HUMERIA • to develop learning and teaching capacity in Eastern Neighborhood countries’ higher education institutions based on previous experience and best practices within the consortium through a collaborative approach. The project will have an impact in fostering bilateral and multilateral cooperation among the partners; • to tackle cross-cutting issues such as equal opportunities, gender balance, social equity and brain-drain prevention.

Eligibility • They should not have spent more than 12 months in the last 5 years in one of the European countries • They should not have benefitted from the same type of Erasmus Mundus scholarship before • They should comply with other requirements as established in the section “Who can apply?“ (http://humeria.eu/)
