  5. Drake Beam Morin Patricia Hoelscher Pat’s experience is in professional development and training in the fields of education and career management. She has worked at the federal, state and local levels in management. Currently, she provides career seminars, workshops and individual consultation for members of DBM Alumni Career Services alliance schools.

  6. DiscoverME Carol Rudder Carol is the CEO of DiscoverME, the first and only personality-based placement service on the Internet. While in graduate business school, she began writing a plan for a company that would help people find jobs that best suited their personalities. That plan evolved into DiscoverME and became a limited liability corporation in December 1997. Carol received her bachelors in Business Administration – Accounting degree from Texas A&M. She earned a C.P.A. certificate and has worked at Ernst & Young LLP and Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Human resource experience stemmed from Hay Management Consultants. Carol became seasoned in organizational design and development, change management, and competency-based human resource planning and development.
