  3. Main Characters • The main characters in the story is Melody Brandon and their band.

  4. Summary • The book Dork Diaries tales from a not so Talented Pop Star is about a girl named Nikki who is new in middle school and is trying to fit in. She has made to friends named Chloe and Zoey and also has a crush named Brandon. But when the school Talent Show comes, her friends leave her for her enemy Mackenzie Hollister after she tricks them into coming to her dance group. Then the day of the show after all of the trouble with Mackenzie and her friends leaving her, her friends come back and when she thinks everything is good something terribly wrong happens. Read the book to find out what it is!

  6. Conclution • Her friends come back and she and her band (now including Chloe and Zoey) are trying desperately to win the talent show and beat Mackenzie Hollister (and her really good dance group).
