  2. OPA Parent Survey Originally 200 surveys were sent out to randomized parents from both OPA and MOPA, but the response rate was only 32 surveys or 16%. The survey was then sent out for all parents to participate in. The survey response for OPA was 92 surveys or appox. 35% of surveys sent out (260).

  3. Note For those questions that have marked “other” as the answer the question was either left blank or the respondent wrote in their own response.
