A – Assemble your • Materials • Do you know your students? Do you know what they need to be successful? • Utilize your Publishers Instructor Resource CD • Chapter power points • chapter instructor notes/talking points assignments/responses • quizzes/exams

C – Connect concepts • Do we have a one style approach when we teach? • Full-time Part-time • Traditional(F2F) Online/Hybrid • Young Adult Adult • Once we create an environment conducive to learning, we have to move our students from survival learning to generative learning (expanding their ability to create)
S – Seek support • Ask for a Mentor if one is not assigned to you • Ask a faculty member if you can visit their classroom • Be willing to learn from others – even your Students! • Utilize your Instructional Staff, Student Services Staff, Help Desk Staff • Obtain Instructor Resource CD’s for the courses you facilitate.
