NCAA ELIGIBILITYCERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: • Graduate from high school • Complete a minimum core curriculum of at least 16 (DI & DII) academic courses • Core GPA and standardized testing sliding scale • File Student Release form with NCAA Clearinghouse (www.ncaa.org)
GUIDANCE DEPARTMENT SPECIAL REQUESTS • Completion of “Parent Brag Sheet” (and Senior Questionnaire for students) • Organize your application materials • Decide on your college choices early • Keep accurate lists of deadlines • Prepare applications completely • Submit applications as early as possible and include all supplemental materials
