External Financial Support – Trend 2010 total commitment increases by 40% to $55bn. • ICA members 40% up to $28.2bn. • Private sector nearly back to 2008 level, after 2009 decrease • China commitments almost doubled to an estimated $9 bn. • Arab Funds and African Regional Dev.
