The DKC K-12 Databases are found at http://dkc.esc20.net/ If you are unable to find the website, use a search engine such as google, dogpile, bing, yahoo, or ask! Choose DKC!

You may use any of the resources on the page, however, Britannica High School is a recommended starting place. Start Here!
Start with the search box. Type in the topic you are looking for. Think about synonyms or related words that might help you find information.
The database will show you many articles to read. You have to decide which ones relate to your topic! Don’t forget to look at the Additional Content and Multimedia resources!
If you open and take notes on an article that relates to your topic…
…you will need to copy the citation. Scroll to the bottom of the article and choose the style. Copy the citation to your “Works Cited” or “Bibliography” page.
