Once in the event, scroll down and look at the details of the first job
Update the volunteer information NOTE: If there is set up the day before a main event, associate the volunteer job with the main event here but identify the correct dates and times above. This way the volunteer job will be seen with the rest of the main event jobs. The emails will display the dates and time correct based on the above dates and times.
Scroll down and select the “Signup Settings” This section will open up to be updated %username will insert the user’s name %time inserts the date and time the volunteer is signed up %longdecription% is the “Long Job Description” above (note the % is required on both sides of this one) Note the default for these confirmation emails is configured under the Vol. eConfimation page
Once the first event or two is moved over, it should be easy to: Clone a signup already associated with the event Change the times You’ll probably need to change the signup options
Tag Day Drivers Survey Note that Tag Day Drivers need to complete a Survey when signing up. If you close last year’s volunteer job, the survey will follow automatically. If it does not, you may need to manually select this survey for Drivers only. Surveys are only configured by Swordfish at this time. Contact them if you need another custom survey.
Login as testmom/test and test signing up. Be sure to enter a valid email and review the email from the website. Once tested, do the other volunteer jobs also. It’s easies to go back to last year’s event by writing down the URL and jumping there verses going through the events page each time.
Editing Volunteer Jobs Login with the username “admin1” Navigate to the event and select the volunteer job to edit
