Capacity Building - State Level Capacity Building (State Level) – Roles & Responsibilities Create a dedicated capacity at the State or the Program level by creating a State e-Governance Group (SEG) Provide an overall direction, standardization and consistency through program management of e-Governance initiatives Establish a robust Program Management Structure that would drive the e-Governance program in the State Provide inputs to the State Government during IT policy making process through the development of a state-wide e-Governance Master Plan Assist individual departments of the State Government in putting together a dedicated team for undertaking e-Governance projects in their departments
