  3. Data Center of N’orch A Sign the IBM AIX MA Contract for year 2010. B C Sign the PCMA with Tien My Company for year 2010. Clean the pipes of chiller machine for DC air conditioner.

  8. Data Center of TWC A Fix the fiber cable of backup link from 8F to 6F and 7F.

B • Finish the six statistics reports for POS: • Suspend Data Enquiry • Surrender Data Enquiry • Monthly Surrender Enquiry • No-Taken Data Enquiry • Monthly Not-Taken Enquiry • Not-Taken Analysis Report Enquiry

C • Process to modify FYC method: • Finish FYC target of daily report into system. • Finish FYC rate of new products into system. • Finish SPEC documents and test for agent performance salary. • Finish the agent performance of 200913 in testing system and pass these data to AA and Planning dep. to confirm. • The remainder performance scores for agent salary are already paid in one time at 200913.
