  5. What works • Focus on whats most crucial based on cost benefit analysis • Strategise to achieve them-never compromise where you shouldn’t • Resort to unconventional methods • Put your resources where they give maximum benefit • Prune your garden and weed out the unnecessary

  6. Examples • Sharing and pooling of resources • Horses vs White Elephants • Relying on economical and low cost resources • Insourcing • Sponsorships • Seeking international technical assistance
