Professional Learning/Development Professional Development Professional Development focuses on all of the activities that we engage in that are designed to “do the development.” Professional Learning When we talk about “professional learning” we are focusing less on what we are doing to promote learning and begin to think about the learning expectations we have and the learning outcomes. Our work also shifts away from those individual or isolated opportunities for learning and becomes more focused on the long term practices that occur over time. Joellen Killion
