What have we (re)learned this Year? • Keep the person you are affecting in mind at all times – the student, veteran, job seeker • Industry solutions – regional implementation • Workforce Development is not always linear – sometimes you have to take a step back or sideways • Things change - flexibility is critical in balancing supply and demand; sometimes the plan needs to be reworked • Demand really, really, really has to be focused on real jobs • Passionate leadership trumps all
