  8. Endodontic Diagnosis Pulpal :- Prior initiated RCT Periapical :- Asymptomatic Periradicular Periodontitis Periodontal :- Healthy periodontal attachment Prognosis Good Treatment plan 1- NSRCT . 3- Final restoration.
