  8. How much is TOO much??? • Every body is different… • -Most adults --- > 200-300 mg caffeine a day • -Equal to 2-3 cups of coffee • Avoid consuming more than 500-600mg • Consumption amount never 100% • Dietary supplement, no limits • 20% more than labeled
